Intex SWG--what did you upgrade to?

I'm not sure this will help since you already say you upgraded your pump but the Intex 26679EG is about 300 bucks. It's a pump, sand filter, SWG combo. I have the older model that's 8 or so years now I lost track, and bought this newer model for this season.

Pool liner touching a few poles

For me the liner always touches the poles and that strap becomes tight all the way around. If everything is 100% level, the liner will push the poles out slightly out of level so if the pole legs are on a paver make sure it starts on the inside edge of the paver, and the pole will probably end...

Intex ultra frame xtr 24' x 52" keeping it up year round in cold climates.

For me, It's less about the water being clean / crystal clear the next year but more about the Intex poles and frame rusting. I always take mine down, clean off any rust and spray paint each pole. The pool is used only about 3 months so there's no reason to keep it the remaining 9 months unused...

New Intex T Joint (Leg & Beam Joint) Design

Hi all, It seems like Intex changed it's T joint design in the 2020 season. The new T joint photos are attached below and appear to be out of plastic. There's always been rust issues with the old T joint design out of metal with the push pins because of the horizonal or vertical metal poles...

    Broken and rusty legs

You're not going to want to hear this but you probably have to replace the entire pool. In a regular year it's usually hard to find parts, now with covid it's near impossible, heck, you can barely find pools either. I paid 800 bucks for my intex 24x52 with saltwater sandfilter combo pump 5 years...

    Off-Season Intex Pool Mud Pit

I have put down 2 layers of commercial grade landscape fabric. I take the pool down every winter and the kids love to play on the large flat surface over the colder months like a patio. It's been 6 years already and it's holding up great, although I have had to re-staple the seams in spots.

Please help a newbie - Intex Prism set up - outer band too tight?

Just fill it and once there's a few inches of water, adjust the legs. They are going to move regardless as the pool fills up. You should also put the legs on some kind of pavers or atleast a 1/2" plywood cut to an appropriate size like 4x6" or so otherwise they will sink into the ground.

    Intex pool supply chain disruption??

I think it's not to do so much with supply but more so demand. Most are thinking that public pools will be closed this summer and are buying these cheaper Intex pools for this summer. I personally buy new intex pools at the end of the prior season on sale and store them in my basement until the...

    Pool tilting

Unfortunately the base is your problem. The pool would not shift had not something changed with the base. I've had this happen and had to fix one side about 1/3'rd of the way around by taking the pool down and re-leveling. It was a pain in the you know what but had to be done.
