    I no longer see my pool when outside my home network. I have verified that the pool is on the internet, I can connect locally and even via the intellicenter.com site but my pool does not show up on the intellicenter app. iOS and Android. Any idea what I am missing? The web access is "ON"...

    Long time Pool owner, new pool !

    I live in the Palm Springs area and.last year built a new pool with all Pentair equipment. I am trying to automate some actions and fine tune access and features. Pretty well versed on Intellicenter App but run into problems and need more help than my pool cleaner can provide. Jane
