Think I’ll definetly go to 50. What adverse affects start popping up when you head towards 60-80 range?

That’s what I did. Juiced to the upper limit of your chlorine range with LC and some tabs to slow down the loss.

On avg. in summer I use about 1gal a day lc and a 1/2 gallon a week of ma.

In Mesa. 25,000 gal. I use sometimes 1 gallon a day! Of 12.5%

So with all the rain I received it appears my cya dropped below 40 (normally runs at 50) 2 weeks ago used tabs while away on vacation and covered pool(definite help with little lc loss). But question is. Should I use tabs to get it back to 50 or no…?

Would this still be a good alternative to regular tabs for say a week vacation..?

Tfp says no tablets What would be wrong with non stabilized chlorine tablets. What say you..?
