Your firmware and software info is under product overview in the Intelliconnect settings on the app. I was told by Pentair this week that this is the current firmware. Sometimes it can take a little bit to get help from Pentair but once you do they are very helpful.

Holy smokes! That's way too high to engage the flow switch. When was the last time you cleaned your sand filter? Maybe a deep clean would help, and it looks like Allen already mentioned that the IC40 should be installed with the flow up not down. I think redoing your plumbing will help a lot.

I looked at the pics you posted on your thread, and it looks like the 2nd pump speed is set as a timer, not as a schedule. Check on that in the Pentair Home app and see if that makes it run correctly.

Great to hear that it's working! Did you have to get them to update the firmware, or did the Intelliconnect ship with the updated firmware?
