Questions about wiring IntelliConnect with non-pentair SWG & Heater

If I set a timer for 12:00am - 11:59, any idea if that would make it run continuously or if it would shut off for a min at the end?
That’s how I have my pump scheduled and I’ve never checked to see if it shuts off or not. I don’t care. Attached it my schedule. I only run the highest speed when I quickly need to lower the water level a little bit, which is rarely. 1200rpm is 22gpm for me, so it skims well even at that low speed.

I’ll close the loop on this in case it helps someone else. I’m happy to report that after talking with Pentair support they found that the software on both the IntelliFlo3 & the IntelliConnect needed changed to prevent the ongoing issues; since they pushed the software changes, everything has been working smoothly. I’ve listed the changes below:

Prior Software Combination that was causing constant issues:
  • IntelliFlo3:
    • Controller Software Version: 1.05.000
    • IoT Software Version: 0.98
  • IntelliConnect:
    • Controller Software Version: 1.6.2.5
    • IoT Software Version: 5.72

Updated Software Combination:
  • IntelliFlo3:
    • Controller Software Version: 1.02.000
    • IoT Software Version: 1.2
  • IntelliConnect:
    • Controller Software Version: 1.6.3.3
    • IoT Software Version: 5.72
They also recommended having the pump in the Pentair Home app directly and through the IntelliConnect is now the recommended approach and shouldn’t cause issues if the software versions are correct.

Thanks again for all the help along the way!

Please update your signature with your Intelliflo3 and IntelliConnect. It still says Superflo.

Do you mind sharing how you wired your heater?

Which 2 wires you used to trigger it via the heater terminals on your IntelliConnect? My existing setup had the green/yellow wired to an intellicomm box then the red/black pair wired to a timer/relay/transformer so I'm having difficulty being sure I'm using the correct 2 wires to the heater terminals on the IntelliConnect box. It triggers the heater but will only run in cool down mode so I know I'm missing something on those 4 wires.

Did you just choose the "master temp" as your heater in the selection screen when setting up the heater?
