I use mine through the suction under the skimmer and it works GREAT! I've had it several months and this thing is amazing thus far. I personally have little to compare it to other than the Barracuda with the little squiggly things on the outside, but couldn't be happier with this product so...

So you can shock it up to 16, put the bubble cover stuff over it without the pump running for 9 days, and you think it wouldn't be a mess when you get back? Won't that cover bring the temp in the pool real high when you're running 105+ days? JJ
