Yes it is easy touch. Worked from day one. When I checked salt level it said 0 salt. I test with salt kit and salt and chlorine level were fine. Can change output on app but does nothing.

Also, the actuator needs to be replaced at a cost of $375 cost and labor. Does either of these prices sound reasonable?3

Not sure. I can control pool cleaner and other devices from the app, just not salt cell

thanks. I think all you do is take it out like you were going to clean it and replace it back. Is that correct? Right now I do not have a connecioin to my screenlogic. Will this take care of that also?

How much should it cost for parts and labor to replace 1c40. I have a pool company giving me a quote of $1750.

guess what. Low salt light is now green. Salt level is at 3000 and chlorine is 5.10. easy touch panel and screen logic is still reading 0 salt.Water temp is 65. Suppose to get colder tonight. Will see if water temp change makes a difference.

I disconnected the wire that comes from cell to the bottom of panel. Does that give the same results or do I have to unplug just black wire in panel?

How do i disconnect comm wires or install a separate temperature sensor.
