salt cell reads low salt

Maybe disconnect the comm wires to do the test or just install a separate temperature sensor.

I suspect that the cell is not getting a good temperature reading and that is making the salinity read false low.

How do i disconnect comm wires or install a separate temperature sensor.

The red arrow is one of three communication wire plug.

Just unplug the Black Com plug with the wires.

Below, you can see three Com Plugs with one already disconnected.

I disconnected the wire that comes from cell to the bottom of panel. Does that give the same results or do I have to unplug just black wire in panel?

guess what. Low salt light is now green. Salt level is at 3000 and chlorine is 5.10. easy touch panel and screen logic is still reading 0 salt.Water temp is 65. Suppose to get colder tonight. Will see if water temp change makes a difference.
