Thank you for the insight. I still may move forward because I need to pave the long driveway and I can't have the 7 tractor trailers that bring the pool water the destroy the pavement. And we can't plant grass till the driveway is in. A rubiks cube from heck. I hope we have a nice Indian summer...

We have picked our coping tile no problem, going with the boring tried and true Rodeo gray tile. But we cant for the life of us pick out the smaller 2"x 2" that we can put on the sun shelf, steps going into pool, and the full length bench going down 50 feet. How crazy would it be to not put...

Thank you for the insight. I didn't know the wind played such a role. Mine will be covered most of the time since I have an auto cover, so wind will not be an issue. I guess I'll leave the skimmers where they are.
