Thank you both! Yeah, the light above the Aux is on. (On both the remote, and inside the main control.) I've only ever dealt with the remote, and never really cracked open the panel covering the relays. Could either of you point me to resources for monkeying around with relays inside there?

Ok, interesting… i got confused i guess. I thought my range was 3–7. The (OTO) daily tester only indicates up to 5. Does that mean you're using the FAS/DPD test every day?

Hey everybody, just a simple generalized question about the way you approach FC levels on a daily basis. With my CYA level at 40, pool math recommends FC range between 3 and 7. So i try to keep it at 5. I test my water every morning before the sun hits the pool. Get up, go out and test, and...

Ok. But the numbers are still the same. My CSI is 0.3 I do realize the goals are ranges, but have no idea whether i should go higher or lower within that range, or why. So i just aim for the middle, or like i said previously, the default numbers pool math puts in. I guess i'm not understanding...

I don't need the pH to be 7.5, it's just the goal pool calculator defaults to, so i assumed 7.5 was the best. And… CH 250 is low? I usually keep it around 260 for the same reason as above. Should i be keeping my CH higher? Frankly, all my levels are based on the default goals in pool...
