Sorry to resurrect this thread but our PB told us Cool Blue (our preferred Pebble Sheen color) is not being manufactured currently because they can’t source a couple of its ingredients. We’re now looking at White Diamonds with the luminous blue beads but can’t find any pictures of it anywhere...

Ok, so I already have a question. :) We have to place the lights tomorrow. PB says we need 3 large lights for the main pools and 3 small for the tanning ledge (all color), and more in the spa (don't remember how many). PB quotes Globrites but we're looking at Intellibrites and Microbrites...

Hey all! Thanks to everyone for your help in figuring out a few decisions (see our previous thread here). Our dig started last week--we originally were going to do a sport pool, but after the advice from members on this site as well as watching our kids spend all their time on our neighbors...

I'm so glad you mentioned this because we hadn't thought about how the autocover will impede entering the pool. And yes, it's on the deep end of the pool. The only problem is my wife hates the look of diving boards...and I'm not sure 8.5' is enough for a diving board in our area. Seem to...

So, our thinking has evolved and we're now thinking of having a diving pool, but we're hoping to maximize the "usable" area that's below 5'. Right now this is what we've come up with. Thoughts? Not sure how long the deep area needs to be, especially if we get a diving board.

This is 100% true--our kids are having a blast right now in a tiny plastic swimming pool. :-)

🤷‍♂️ Is that cluttered? Not sure what best practice is when it comes to plumbing. That's from another job he did, where he seemed proud of the pipe config.

Good point--I need to add another pump for the water features, since we want to control them separately. For the automation, the PB recommended the Pentair Easytouch and screen logic, but we definitely want the best automation so we'll probably go with @ajw22's recommendation for IntelliCenter...

We're definitely changing to a VS pump, so that will help. I have heard noise coming from our neighbors above-ground equipment from time to time but I'm not sure exactly what is making it. I'm hoping not to pass the noise along. I didn't think about the pit attracting the original inhabitants...
