Pool is inoperable due to burst pipes on the pressure side. The pool company is giving us the run around as to when they will come put a camera down the pipes to access and locate the actual pipe. (Has been diagnosed by a leak service.) Anyway, is it possible to cut the pipe coming from the end...

We don't lower it here. The pool company leaves it mid-skimmer level and when we open it in the spring it is still about there. Like you said, nothing much I can do right now. I'm just so worried. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
