That is very weird. It seems like you tried all the simple stuff. The next steps are opening the panel and the j-box and getting a multimeter to diagnose what’s going on. I’m not sure if you are comfortable doing that though.

The pump breaker looks like it is tripped to me but it could be the shadows playing tricks. This is probably dumb but did you switch it to off and then back to on to reset? The 20A breaker in the bottom left of your video

I am by no means an expert but isn’t that an electrical water bonding lug? I thought these were required by code? I would think removing it completely could be a problem.

I would read your contract before being so cavalier about the price increases not being your problem. There is almost certainly a clean way for them to cancel the order without you being able to do anything about it. My PB and manufacturer basically said here is the increase and if you don't...

I am the first post that gingrbredman quoted. I can confirm I was hearing the same thing you were from San Juan. It's chaos right now, they literally shipped it with no notice to my PB. I'm not complaining because I actually got the thing luckily but I was hearing the same stuff you were.
