Yep, it was resolved by the installer. They were able to reconnect the liner to the bottom track and use some extra liner lock in the areas where the middle track was disconnected.

We just had our liner replaced and have noticed that there are 4 spots where the liner is hanging a bit lower as seen in the following pic. From closer inspection, it looks like the middle track the liner is attached to has broken off the back of the coping which is leading to the issue...

I was planning on getting someone to do this as this is one of those DIY items I've not handled before and the family is pressing for time. If hydraulic cement is the way to go, is this a job best handled by a pool company or by a specific trade company?
