Thanks for the tips about the heat pump. I think the pool cleaner turned off the heat pump. I just turned it back on and will wait a few hours to see if it's back up to normal. Before no lights were on, but I just hit the on button and now it's spinning up!

Yes I've had some luck! Thank you for the tips. I opened the spa drain and set the actuator to auto. In spa mode, the spa spillover stopped (which I think is good) and the spa eventually heated to 95 degrees. The target is 102 and it seems like it's unable to hit that amount even after a day...

It is a new pool that was set up correctly by the builder, however I think it was just recently that a pool cleaner came through and that's when the spa stopped heating. I haven't touched the actuator or anything on the pad. If it's not too much trouble I would really appreciate some help on...
