Just curious, any idea what size PVC pipe was used?? 1.5 inch, 2 inch??? My PB wants to use 1.5 for my new IG pool. It seems 2 inch is better but I'm not 100% sure as opinions are different on the subject. Thx
About the Pampas grass....i too was considering that around my pool and was STRONGLY warned against it by both the lanscape company and my pool service. They are apparently known to attract rats, mice and snakes, which then end up in the pool. Theyre also hard to control, in terms of growth. Bummer. I do still love the way they look though.
Im not familiar with the other plant, but it looks beautiful, as does your pool....![]()
SKC - would you happen to have any photos of it by your pool that you mind posting?
Small world. Well, on the bright side, you don't have the massive spawn of summer mosquitos to deal with! Make sure you post the Outdoor Kitchen progress!Dave - we recently moved from Clear Lake and could grow pretty much anything there. Unfortunately, that's not the case here in the now frozen tundra and in a few months the arrid desert known as DFW! When we moved in mid august everything was laying over dead since we are on water restriction and can only use the irrigation once a week. Now due to the below freezing temps and ice storm, the plants that survived the heat are shivering little stalks that have barely held on. I'll check out houzz. Btw, I miss Houston!! Lol
