As I had previously written, I have an Easytouch system that had intellichlor installed a couple of years later. I didn’t want a separate power center installed on the side of my house so the installer did so with the transformer, etc in the automation system. Later I realized that while it works he took the parts from the external power center and installed them inside and as you can see from the pic, the biggest issue is that the control board for the system was just “floating” on the high powered side with the heat sink unattached.
That being said, I purchased all the appropriate parts to do the job correctly. I purchased the correct SCG card, installed the correct low voltage breaker and purchased the correct cord to connect to the IC40. I just went to hook it all up and unfortunately the red/orange (I am colorblind) wires that go from the transformer to the low voltage breaker and card do not reach. Is there two different transformers for the system where one is to be installed in the Easytouch and one in the external power center? If so, does anyone know the correct part number for the one that goes in the Easytouch? Any other ideas on how to remedy?
Thanks in advance for your help.
