Stand alone SWG

Is there a solution to have a SWG with copper plumbing? Maybe a separate system that bypass the copper?

The copper comes from the skimmer line into the pump.

I may be misunderstanding you concern, but it would appear to me you should be able to plumb in a SWG in the existing PVC plumbing per normal on the return side. Copper heat exchangers are used in saltwater pools all the time. The concern to me would be more about keeping the PH from dropping to low than saltwater exposure from the pool effecting the copper.

Is your concern the saltwater effecting the copper piping from the skimmer?

Depending on the age of your pool, code at one time in CA was that the pool plumbing coming out of the ground had to be copper while everything underground could be PVC. That's how my pool is plumbed. I have changed all the above ground plumbing to PVC and transitioned it to copper just before going to the ground. I have a SWG and have had zero issues with the copper plumbing.
