I own a rental lodge which includes a Chinese built hot tub which is about 8 years old. The tub is controlled by a Balboa TP400 system, which replaced the original system when it developed a fault. The issue I have currently is that only 1 led light works…the other five stopped working simultaneously. Grateful if you could let me know what the fault may be and a course of action to follow that doesn’t require the presence of an engineer…Thanks.

Likely a controller issue.
Post pics of the equipment area, and the circuit board and wiring diagram of the balboa system, and maybe I can walk you through it.
