Really? This is new to me, thank you! I will go get some. I assume at pool store?10 quarts of 3% hydrogen peroxide will lower the Fc by 14 ppm.
Walmart or local drug store will be cheaper.Really? This is new to me, thank you! I will go get some. I assume at pool store?
When the time comes:Any suggestion to raise ph or alkalinity or just wait? If yes what do i use?
It's either CL or Br..... it says 5 (Cl) - 10 (Br) You're not using Bromine so it's only the left column. And yeah. It's no help over 5 and not exact under 5, or accurate. Just use the powder test for exact results. Down the road when you're all but sure you have plenty of FC in there, feel free to spot check it with the block that it's taxicab yellow.Last thing the Cl Br on the scale is mustard yellow so way out of range, i guess is due to high FC? CC is 0,5
Wait.Any suggestion to raise ph or alkalinity or just wait?
Maybe 1 lb. baking soda, but probably not necessary, wait it out.If yes what do I use?
Probably wait and then turn on to normal percentage.Should I wait to turn on swcg until fc is at approx 8 or better to turn on now at low setting like 20%?
