I am trying to program my VS pump for different speeds at different times of the day. I thought I had it figured out as I programmed the filter pump to run all day then under that, programmed 4 speeds: pool, speed 1, speed 2, and speed 3 . The issue I am having is that when it is time for the speed to automatically change (e.g. speed 1 to speed 2 at 4:00pm), the speed 2 defaults to the preset RPM and not what I programmed it for. Anyone know why this is or how to fix it?

Are you programming speeds on your pump control panel or on the iAqualink listed in your sig?
If you have iAqualink you should be using the app and not the PDA.
Show us where you are setting the speeds.

I tried using the app/desktop web interface but it wouldn't let me me change speed labels. Should I be using this or the PDA? Below is what I'm seeing.

Your speed labels are not populated.

If your system is PDA based, you need to make the changes on the PDA.

Label that first one "Pool" and name two others, "Temp1" and "Temp2". All other speeds can be named whatever you want.
That is where I am confused. I have a PDA that I can use but also am able to access aqualink through the web to turn equipment on and off, change pump speed, etc.

You have the IQ20-a package I believe. This is a useless package which gives you on/off capability but your system remains PDA based. That means you still have to use the PDA to program. What does your "help" button show?

Yep - You are PDA based. You have the IQ20a which is just the WiFi antenna. All changes are made on the PDA. You could probably find a compatible RS PCB board on Ebay cheap. It looks like the below. That is all you need (in an RS version) to change your system to an iAqualink RS.
Do you know why I’m able to make changes through the app/web interface?

What changes can you make? I thought you were unable to change the speed labels. I had the exact same thing as you for around 3 weeks so I have very little experience with it. I converted to RS from PDA but my builder only installed the IQ20a and I installed the extra board myself a few weeks later. I just remember the IQ20a being almost totally useless.
I can't change speed labels but I can change the speed setting for 1-8, which now I know what they correspond to, then I can go in and make a schedule with those settings. I can also control SWG %, pool temp, lights, etc.

Maybe yours is a later version than mine. Did you try going in the PDA to add labels?
labels are already in the PDA, but aren't reflected on the web interface. If I change the speed, I can go on the web interface and see which "blank" speed label changed, so I know which one it corresponds to on the PDA. I can also change the speed on the web interface. Maybe I will try to change the labels in the PDA and see if it updates. If not, not a big deal. Just thought it was interesting that everything works from the web interface but speed labels.
