So problem solved. Oddly enough it was the programing. He programed a VSF pump with the flow while we have the older VS pump. He switched that out and it seemed to work before the 7am start time. And it started right up at 7am. I'll be checking it tonight after work and trying to get the spa going on my way home. Thank you for all the help!
