Hayward Omnilogic App "no sites"

My site was removed from the app and web interface yesterday due to the outage. Given that it sounds like it’s back up for other users I tried adding it back in but it says my MSP needs to be configured and connected to the internet (which it is. It even let me perform an update). Is anyone else seeing this?

I just spent $2400 2 days ago and I cannot access control of my new Omni Logic from my desktop computer or iPhone. It worked fine at initial install on Weds but failed since yesterday. I called Hayward yesterday and the tech said they were affected by the Crowdstrike outage. I'm receiving a message that my MSP number is not recognized. My pool installer said wait until Monday to call Hayward again

I'm in the same boat and feel your pain.

Same here. Worked for one day.

My app is back up but it is super buggy. It doesn't hold settings. If I set the heater or pump, when I go back into the app those settings aren't working. I'm guessing this is a by product of the outage and hope it gets straightened out soon.
Mine was/is back to normal other than: the pump schedule doesn’t automatically turn on in the morning. I have to manually turn it on. Then the system/pump will run at the speeds and times I have it set for. Also, when the pump starts up, the app doesn’t show the pump priming as usual. Just shows on.

Same here was working since yesterday afternoon, went to check before bed because it was acting buggy. Signed out then logged back in, "No sites". Hope they get a more permanent fix tomorrow.🤞
