Ok so I have made a schedule for my pump to run at high rpm for so many hours then at low rpms. After doing this my attached spa only runs at low speed.

I had to go add in the spa line to get the spa working right again. However now pool only runs in high rps.

What am I missing or doing wrong?

The Speed set up is confusing the programing.
Jandy uses this first line on the speed schedule as the base speed for the pump to run when no other program is running. The first line should always be the default POOL. Set that for the LOWEST speed you want the pool to run. Normally it is set to be the speed at which the SWCG will turn on.
Leave the second line as SPA.
Change the third line to POOL HIGH and set a speed
Add a line if you wish to be POOL MED and set a speed.

Then change your programing schedule
The first line should be the total time you want the pool to run - 2am to 10pm That is set for POOL it will run at the lowest speed any time there is no other program scheduled.
Then schedule POOL HIGH or POOL MED at 11am to 3pm.
The pump will start at 2am at the defined speed and turn on the SWCG to make chlorine
At 11am the pump will ramp up to POOL HIGH speed for 4 hrs - still making chlorine.
At 3pm the pump will ramp down to POOL speed and still make chlorine until it shuts off at 10pm

Thanks so much for the very detailed response. I felt i was not doing anything wrong. Guess this thing has more strange things going on then I thought. I am not new to it but just now doing scheduling. Again thanks looks like it is all working but will know at 3:01PM today if the final part works or not.

Pool High is working now.
Spa is working now.

Show your new Speed set up and Schedule so if there is any issue we can troubleshoot.
