Reinstalled Pool Math App and now won't open...

I was having issues with the Pool Math App this morning, so I uninstalled and reinstalled, because that has fixed problems in the past, and now it won't open at all. It starts to open, then crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled like 3 times. Anyone have a solution?

Also...is there a web version as a work around (that will save data?) until I get this figured out?

Are you on IOS or Android?

I would try deleting and installing it again.

There is a web version in testing but not generally available yet.

I'll shoot you an email this evening after company leaves. In the mean time I'm going to try updating my phone to see if that does anything.
I'm on Android. Galaxy Note 10 (so...older), but everything was working until recently.

Leebo ... I'm having the same issue. I just moved to a new Samsung device (Samsung Z Fold 5 transitioned from a Z Fold 3) and now I can't open my Pool Math app and/or access my subscription. Any thoughts? Happy to send an email if needed.
