Hi everyone, my name is Guy and live in Southeastern PA. I have an Polaris 360 and for some reason it just stays on the top of the water. Does anyone have any suggestions?

That is usually caused by a suction leak causing the pump to pull in air which goes through the filter (if plumbed that way) or the "Energy Filter" (if that is what you have) then filling the cleaner and floating it.
