Hi Pool world. I have a Hayward heater when I put on spa mode it stays on 104 blinking and not able to adjust temp just keeps blinking. On pool mode it works good tempature not blinking and can adjust temp like normal. Any help I appreciate it

Do you have automation? If not, a quick solution is to just use pool mode and change the temperature as needed as long as it works. Pool and spa modes are just temperature settings, the heater doesn't "know" what body of water is actually in use.
The more expensive (and possibly soon needed) solution is a repair person and probably new circuit board.
