I had a second Firmware Update Failure, with no way to know if my firmware was up to date or not. I didn't bother with tech support and contacted Selina Dudley directly. I received an acknowledgement on the weekend and a response the next business day, so no complaints about (management) responsiveness. It turned out that my firmware was up to date.
I recommended that they add a Check For Updates option to the app so that folks could be sure that they have the most current firmware without having to contact tech support.
I also reported a "bug" in the app. I had to enter and save a Schedule twice for it to actually be saved. It turns out this is "a feature, not a bug." You have to select and save the Cleaning Mode before you can (successfully) enter and save the Start Time. I recommended that this part of the UI be redesigned or at least properly documented.
