Edge-40 low salt

All was good a week ago. No led, but salt was down to 3000. I added 2 bags, now 3600. Now the low salt came on. Cell is only 2 year old. Ideas?

Is the cell clean?

Yes. I think I fixed it. I turned it off and back on, no luck. But then I turned off its power and back on, and so far, LED not lit. Needed to make sure it was making chlorine! Had a big rain, knocked thousands of catkins off my oaks. Water instantly turned green (oak pollen), and FC dropped from 5 to 1 in a day.
