Try filming from different angles and distances so people can see where your deck is, where the pool lines are, where the coping is, etc.

Where does the contractor think the water is coming from?
That’s helps a little in that it looks like it’s not seeping in directly through the pool shell, but camera is still too close. Although watching again, there is some water trickling right next to the shell. Stand farther away so we can see 6 foot diameter area around the skimmer at the same time. Also try to mark where the water is flowing in with tape or someone pointing at it.
What’s the deck made of and how thick is the deck itself? It’s hard to see how thick the concrete is under the deck.

If you’ve had a water leak for a long time, the surrounding soil can hold a lot of water and weep like that for a while. But you have to make sure it’s not something else leaking into the soil.
Yeah, that was my initial guess, but we are checking Sewer system as soon as possible to make sure it is okay. I checked water meter and that’s normal. Thanks!
Previous owner were very old and did take care of anything then I guess that’s a possibility since there was patches in the skimmer

Definitely have them stop draining into the deck and drain it farther away.
Keep a pump running and it should dry up. If I have an incessant weeper I will often drill a 1" hole at the lowest point I can and let the water flow out faster than it would just seeping though a crack.

The cya is lower than 30 and Taylor kit measures up to 30. I assume it does not have cya since I filled the tube to the brim and no cya! Our water meter is normal, sewer has been inspected, then I only can assume it is rain water since all the drains are broken, they went to the ground, but we are going to have two resurfacing company and change the drains and do trenches, and will give you updates when we know what exactly going on
the new skimmer got installed, we filled the pool. The pump does not suck any water! No movement in the skimmer! They did not pour the concrete to let water seep. It is still seeping after 5 days and it is the same amount! Please help us figure out what’s going on! I didn’t know replacing skimmer has this amount of hassle!
I think cya can be low because we almost replaced the whole water
Also we put water in the pump and ran it for a short time! Only one of the exist lines were blowing air and water
I think it might be a good idea to pressure test all of your pipes to see if there is anything wrong with them such as a break. I would also test any and water pipes that are even close to the pool.
I don’t know how to do it! But will ask the company to do. I read water meter before bringing the pool level up. It was normal; half of our summer. I have doubt if we have any water pipe near pool. For the skimmer issue, I guess it is air lock since no water goes to the pump! I have marked the water level to see if we are losing any. I will give you an update

Unlikely to be airlocked. If no water is getting to the pump then a valve is shut, the pipe is broken, or it’s plumbed incorrectly.

If a pipe is broken, then pool should lose water? They are coming on Monday to check.
