Pump leak- maybe from housing

I noticed some water pooling under my pump today. As far as I can tell, it seems to be coming from this area. Am I crazy? If not, am I screwed or is this an easy fix?

Probably a bad pump seal.

You have to open it up and have a look. You may have caught it early enough to just replace the seal.

Not sure what brand that pump is, but the seal has definitely in the past. Unfortunately, that leak looks like a cracked housing. Dry it well, run the pump, and watch. A leaking seal will not show up in that area, but under the motor.
