Hey guys, I hope everyone has been ok. I have been busy trying to clear the mess I made on my backyard building the pool, so I haven't check the forum for a while......I was hoping someone can maybe help me out figure out the wires that I need for the equipment..........the light was simple....... I simply bought additional ft of the one that the actual light brough......so that is not a problem. I had an electrician add the breaker into my main box. He put a 100amp breaker which he said is what I need it. He told me to get 3 thhwn #1 and 1 thhwn #6 (underground on a conduit) from the box that he put to where my hayward panel is going to be, so we did that......... but yesterday when I go the equipment out of the box (after 5 month stored in my garage

I realize the actual machines do not have any wires...

....... what type do I have to get??? I am trying to get a pool guy to go by my house to actually connect the machines and the panel, and want to have the wires needed on hand already............... I think I read that I need 4awg for the heat pump, and 10awg for the pump, but I wasn't sure if it needs to be single strands, or if I need to get 2-3 c wire........... the equipment is going to be right next to the panel.......... any advise would be appreciated.
