Preparing to install IC60

I have a new in box IC60 to be installed soon. I'm trying to understand what chems I should get inline before I add salt and install. Is managing CSI enough or do I need to worry about the individual levels of PH/TA/CA? My PH/TA have historically been high. 7.8/8 and 120/130. I'm currently trying to lower TA with acid adds and aereation via sheer descents. TIA

Your CH is a bit low for a plaster pool.
What is the pH, TA and CH of your fill water

Fill water tests

PH = 7.8/8
TA = 130
CH = 180

The city posted PH tests seem to correlate well with the PH I measured. TA not so much, city tests show 80. Couldn't find a CH number from city.
