New Pool Plaster Issues (Cracking)

Pool plastered about 1/20/2023. A couple of days ago, I noticed some superficial light surface cracks in the spa area of the pool. Now this morning, I noticed a much larger crack in the pool from the tile line to the bottom of the pool. This is a rough crack as well. Photos attached. I will wait to contact our person from the pool company as it’s Saturday, but just wanting people’s thoughts. Kind of freaking out.

That crack extends up through the coping stone.

Post pics of the top of that coping stone and the area around the stone. How far does the crack extend?

A crack like that indicates structural problems extending through the bond beam.

Goes from coping to bottom of the pool.

If you zoom in, it’s cracked thru the decking.

I was just walking out to check and the pump came on. I’ll get back to this tomorrow morning. We are getting ready to head out for the day, have company in town and I’m already sick to my stomach.

Appears to be same crack. From pool deck, light hairline crack. Then goes into the grout at tile/water line. Then very faint/angles at about 30 degree angle below the water line for about a foot. Gradually gets more noticeable. Then you can see the calcium from there to the floor.

They need to remove the coping and tile and determine the extent of any cracking in the bond beam and shell.

I decided to call the main office since their website said they are open. Said they will have someone out Monday. Thank you everyone for your advice today - I’m actually going to do my best to not check back in since there is nothing more I can do today. I already am a worrier, so I’m going to let it go for the weekend and enjoy myself and my company.
