Thanks! What is the best way to shim the wheels as you mentioned? I have a Pentair Dolphin Warrior SE. 2.5 years old. Goes through the check, runs like normal backwards, struggles to move forward. Guessing it is worn rear wheels, bushings and the drive gear looks a bit worn.I made a drive gear STL as I was having the same issue. You'll want to shim out your drive wheel or it'll probably all go wrong again.

Dolphin S300i Drive Gear by wesbrowntech
This is a replacement drive gear for the Dolphin S300i. Make sure to shim out your drive wheel as odds are the bore of it has worn out as well. I have no idea how long this gear will last but its worth a shot as they're really hard to find!www.thingiverse.com

You'll have to model a ring for how much wear you have. It should be an easy thing to do as compared to the gear which was a pain. Thanks! What is the best way to shim the wheels as you mentioned? Yeah I did that it, I'm writing up a post on my findings right now.You need to replace the wheel hub as well and probably the brush assembly. They both have slip bearings that wear.
