Pumps wont start after repair

Yesterday I replaced the motor to my booster pump, Polaris PB4-60. I have a breaker panel feeding two intermatic timers, one for the pool pump and one for the booster cleaner pump. While the pool pump was running, I just turned off the breaker feeding both of the intermatic timers. The pool pump stopped, I removed, and replaced the motor on the PB4-60, reinstalled and nothing will come on now. I didn't mess with the wiring on the pool pump side as there was nothing wrong with it. I am getting power to the intermatic timers, but they arent running (gears arent spinning), and I can't turn on either pump with the manual switch, nothing happens when I engage it.

Not quite sure what's going on there, any thoughts?

Do you have a multimeter?

How do you know you are getting power to the Intematic timers?

Gears are not spinning says the motor is not getting power.

Timer 120V or 240V? Timer motor 120V or 240V?

My WAG is the breaker failed and you lost one pole of the breaker.

Thanks for the quick response. Both timers are 240v. I am using a fluke voltage indicator (the type that turns red when voltage is detected). The one pole failure would make sense in that there would still be voltage from the other pole. I do have a multimeter, but did not have it with me. Wouldn't it seem odd that a pole failed though, just by shutting off the power with the breaker as intended?

What was wrong with the motor?

Maybe the motor was fine and you only had a power supply problem?

Check the actual voltage getting to the motors and work your way backwards to find where the power goes from bad to good.

Check the voltage line to line.
