I have 5 "jets" in my pool. One isn't putting any water out. What could cause this, what could I check before having someone come out and start digging?

Post a pic of your equipment pad including labeling any returns that you know where they go. I have one return that I don't use set up by the builder for a pressure vacuum. It turns on manually and usually it is off.
It used to work. It stopped at some point. There is no separate valve for these things.
Also, post pictures of the pool with all returns pointed out and the return not working.
Are you sure that the return has zero flow while the others have good flow?
How about a picture of the pool where we can actually see the pool and not from outer space?

Are the working jets strong or weak?
Can you plug any of the other jets to try to force water to come out of the nonworking jet?

When running in "normal" mode, the filter says about 8PSI In Cleaner mode, ~16PSI. I have no idea about GPM... I think I found that once in the remote, but can't find it again. I want to say regular mode is about 30GPM and Cleaner ~60GPM One of the jets has always been strong. The rest have always been weaker. I cannot tell any difference in the others... they all seem to work about how the used to.
