Hello everyone,
I’ve got a crystal clear pool that always has dead algae at the bottom whenever shock is added. I have to add shock even though I have a SWG because, I assume, the algae keeps eating all of it. I am in the process of SLAMing. I have scrubbed every inch of the pool except behind the pool light because I can’t figure out how to take it out. There are no visible screws and I’m scared to start poking at it without know what I’m getting myself into. Can someone tell me how to remove this thing and clean behind it? I have a fiberglass pool. 74AC444F-4F5A-46E6-9D75-E993D11CEB04.jpegFC28F795-651F-47F2-B42A-CC94A7CAB3CD.jpeg

If it’s an led does that mean there can’t be algae behind it?
The smaller LED lights are different than the larger lights usually seen in the deep end. Those larger lights have the hollow niche behind it, but the smaller LED ones don't. We do not recommend removing LED lights unless you actually have a problem with the light itself.

Ok. It’s pretty small. Maybe 3 inches. It changes color too. Sound like the LED?
