Got my pressure gauge and going to get it installed either today or tomorrow. Keeping slamming on. I will probably cannonball in fully clothed when I can see the bottom lolKeep at it. Now it’s your filter’s job to clear out the dead stuff.

Did n oclt last night and passed so things are trending in the right directionKeep at it. Now it’s your filter’s job to clear out the dead stuff.
Go it another day with slam for extra insurance and call it done tomorrow.Did n oclt last night and passed so things are trending in the right direction
Definitely continuing slam another day or 2 to be safe just getting excited I can see a finish line soon. 10 days ago I was ready to empty it and start overGo it another day with slam for extra insurance and call it done tomorrow.
He said it was still cloudyGo it another day with slam for extra insurance and call it done tomorrow.
We are having some pretty good rain storms today is there anything I should worry about with my slamHe said it was still cloudy
No. Just stay the course. Rain has surprisingly little effect on pool water chemistry. We are having some pretty good rain storms today is there anything I should worry about with my slam
Ok so today passed oclt for 2nd straight day. Cc 1.5 so still working on that. But biggest breakthrough is I can see the bottom even if a little cloudy and dirty. I know I have seen this answered before but it should now be safe to swim? The 11yo is jonesingIt’s not that surprising. Most rainstorms give 1-3” of rain. When you compare to a 96” deep deep end it doesn’t really do much unless it washes a bunch of Crud into your pool.
Yes, as long as you do not exceed your assigned SLAM level. FC/CYA LevelsI know I have seen this answered before but it should now be safe to swim? The 11yo is jonesing
This makes absolutely no sense to me. How exactly did you pass with a CC of 1.5 and the bottom cloudy.Ok so today passed oclt for 2nd straight day. Cc 1.5 so still working on that. But biggest breakthrough is I can see the bottom even if a little cloudy and dirty
Not saying I’m done with my slam just that my oclt passed again. I’m going to continue slamming until it’s crystal clearThis makes absolutely no sense to me. How exactly did you pass with a CC of 1.5 and the bottom cloudy.
Tested fc at 9:30 pm 12 woke up tested again at 7 am fc was still at 12. I will test again tonight and also test cc in the morningYou didn't pass because the water is teal blue and not clear, CC is above .5 and obviously aren't holding FC. Can you elaborate some more please
I’m going to do the cc test again when I get off work. I could have possibly gotten that one wrong as it don’t do it often. The fc I tested again at 10am and still 24 drops so pretty confident in that testAm I understanding this correctly, FC doesn't budge and the CC is 1.5 . The fact there's CC means it's working/burning off something and it would be the chlorine doing it so how can it be 12 in the mornin
Ok new house rule of no testing before coffee. Just checked and cc is either 0 or .5 it seemed to slightly turn pink but one drop back to clear. Will be testing oclt again tonight and cleaned the filter so fingers crossed only 1-2 more days of slam.Am I understanding this correctly, FC doesn't budge and the CC is 1.5 .
