Trying for 2+ months to get PBs in this area to respond, we've received two proposals and are leaning towards this one based on PB's reputation, price, and willingness to listen/explain/accommodate (i.e. no grief swapping their default Paramount Ultra UV2 system to SWG).
We'd love any comments/thoughts on the equipment below while we're reading our way the great TFP "Further Reading" articles.

PROPOSED EQUIPMENT
Hayward Tristar 1.85 HP VS900
Hayward DE 6020 filter with multiple position valve
Goldline Controls (Hayward) OmniPL (Wi-Fi) saline generator (TCELLS340) with four digital timers and freeze protection
Hayward HP31204T heater/chiller
One surface skimmer, two side suctions and three wall returns
Two floor returns (bubblers) in tanning ledge with single on/off actuator control
PVC plumbing will be Schedule 40 by two inch to one and one-half inch diameter
Two PAL color underwater lights (hopefully work well with OmniPL, researching this)
Maytronic S300 automatic cleaner (is it worth an additional $400 to upgrade to Polaris Alpha IQ+?)
Chemical start up and equipment orientation.
Three foot perimeter broom finished concrete with concrete cantilever coping.
One step handrail.
PB will excavate and install the pool.
Water for filling the pool will be provided by customer and initial start up and chemical balancing will be by PB.
Upon completion of the installation, PB will grade the areas of disturbance with customer's soil obtained during excavation.
Building permit and electrical permit included.
