Green pool with lots fine debris

We have intex pool and there is so much fine debris..we will be vacuuming and ruining our filter until July the way it looks...any suggestions? We don't have a waste valve on our pump

That does make it a bit more difficult. I'm the same way. I just means more brushing and vacuuming. Ugh. Are you trying to follow the SLAM Process at this time to kill/remove algae? Hopefully you have one of the recommended test kits - either a TF-100 or Taylor K-2006C. Follow the SLAM Process and you'll get it. Unfortunately with no way to vacuum to waste, it's a matter of manual lifting.
