Hi I am new pool owner, someone helped me to open the pool but I have no clue how to clean it

The water is very cloggy , dirt at the bottom

I appreciate any help:

1) Whats the red valve here:

2) As i understand DS is the deep skimmer, how can I identify it ?
3) the suction of the skimmers are low, i turned off drain valve , still low, what should i do?
4) When I run the pump in filter or waste mode the water is draining 1 inch per hour, any guesses?
5) i have been usin the polaris robot cleaner for couple of days , it fills a bag in 3-4 hrs but still too much dust at the bottom, whats the best way to clean the pool? Not sure vacuum will work

Welcome to TFP! A few things to point out:
1 - You have algae. That's why everything is so cloudy. To kill and remove algae you need to follow our SLAM Process.
2 - To conduct a SLAM, you must have a good at-home reliable test kit; either a TF-100 or Taylor K-2006C.
3 - You have 4 suction lines; deep skimmer, shallow skimmer, main drain, and ???? Maybe there is a vacuum port somewhere along the pool wall for a suction cleaner?

Be sure to get one of those test kits (I recommend the TF-100), read-up on the links provided, and update your signature. See mine as an example. We'll be glad to help.

Thanks
I added a signature as far as I know

To vacuum there should be suction in the Skimmer right, so far its low, it pulls the leaves but by a speed of .5 inch per seconds, and again when I run the filter mode the water drains quickly

yes, the guy who opened the pool left it in backwash and then after 10 hrs i shut it down, learned later it supposed to not that long
Two points. First, your pump is a Pentair SuperFlo. Second, if you backwashed for ten hours and didn't drain the pool there is something seriously wrong somewhere. At the very least the pool should have dropped below the skimmer.

Ok I found out that there is a hole in the backyard and in filter mode water is going out from there that explains why its dropping, how can I prevent that happening?

The hole:

The current setup(Left is the polaris cleaner pump):

And again in backwash and waste mode the water is not leaving from the above hole

I also found 2 other pipes next to this hole but they dont eject any water

Well seems like black jandy valve controls the jets , when in the middle in waste mode both jets work, if left or right one of them works and again no water coming from that hole in the back when in waste mode.
In filter mode in each black valve positions water is coming from the hole but none of the jets work

Would love to see the label on your valve. Sounds like the label is for a DE filter.

here is the pic for both the black valve and red valve
Not sure whether red valve is either 16A87F98-FDE4-4CF1-B876-1B561479AB89.jpeg6B70D512-A230-4B9B-A0FF-5757C2E48CED.jpeg

All of those valves in that array, including the red-handled one are on the suction (front) side of the system. Backwashing is after the pump. What valve are you using to backwash, Show a complete picture of the filter.

You have to "touch" a valve to backwash, the one on top of the filter. Your multi-port valve on the filter is in the closed position. DO NOT run the pump with it there. That could result in damage or injury.

I think you are confusing the actual handle (the part you grab) with the stop on the other side. The small stop will be in the notch for the proper position. If you have the handle portion (the part you grab) over the spot marked filter it is actually backwashing and that is why the pool is dropping. Unlike a Jandy valve the handle does not tell your what port is open, the small stop in the correct notch does.

Wouldn't hurt to get a new label for that valve. They are usually less than $10.00
