Hayward Heater problem

Hello everyone, so my heater heats up from 27 to 30 degrees in about a min and then turns off, drops back to 27, seconds after turn off, and then turns on again. And keeps doing this!
Any ideas of what I might be

I would think this is related to the low flow issues you were having.

But it's still happening after I fixed the low flow issue

Sounds like a bypass valve may have failed. That heat rise is too fast.

How did you fix your low flow problems?

I did a deep clean of the filter
Heater is 8 month old

I dont have a bypass valve

Replumb your equipment pad using rigid PVC.

It's a inground but I have it out of ground about 1 foot.
Pipes were side the metal structure of pool and then backfilled
