Heater not heating Pool Spa

I’m sorry I new to all of this please bare
Pool mode I think (I selected heat pool on my app nothing moved):

The pictures above are for the suction side.
What does the return side look like when in Spa Mode.
In Spa Mode, suction should be from the spa drain (as your picture above indicates) and the Return should be to the Spa Return and/or Spa Jets. So for each mode - there are 2 valves that should move - one on suction side and 1 on return side.

So back to your original issue that you were not feeling hot water. If you are in Spa Mode, per the pictures you have posted, then you will have suction from the Spa main drain and the return will be Spa T-Jets (per your latest picture). So flow is only circulating through the spa - no flow to the pool. Then the only other valve to ensure is open is that you have flow going to the heater. So that valve is set to have the valve OFF on the pipe marked Pool. If you cannot move the valve to that position then ensure you have the valve open per your original picture in post #1 where there is partial flow to the both pipes.

@allidb85 you should wait for your Pool Builder to come and figure out why your spa is not heating.

Thanks it’s not heating so maybe something is wrong with the heater. I will post back once I find out.

Just an update…I called the heater company after not hearing from my PB and they asked me some questions about the heater and were pretty sure it wasn’t a heater problem. They told me to turn it on again for at least 3 hours and if it did not heat they would come out. Well I turn it on and within 45 minutes it was to 103. Previously it would not heat at all after being on for over an hour and a half.

I didn’t change anything other than adding rocks around the pool equipment. So I don’t know if the PB came out and did something without telling me or what……I’m confused

But happy it’s back working
