My P965IQ died and I am looking for a replacement.

I was about to buy the ALPHA iQ+ but then saw they just released this new EPIC 8642 iQ a few months ago which sells for about $1,000. I have not found much info comparing it to the Alpha though. Any insight would be appreciated.

The differences I’ve been able to notice is that the EPIC 8642 uses continuous thread tracks vs wheels. It also has double brush on front and back. These seem like nice features? It is a smaller than the Alpha IQ+ though.

I need to decide pretty quickly as it is Polaris days. I can get the Alpha IQ+ for $1250 with an extra year warranty for 3 total ($1500 -10% discount - $100 rebate). 🤔

What did you end up buying? I am considering the same choices although don't have that much discount.
