Hello, I need Help!

In your pool a 1/2 gallon of 10% bleach is ~3ppm.
Pour it in the pool tonight or tomorrow morning, pump running, add it at the return of pool water to the pool.
Do the same when you get back later tomorrow. Start the stabilizer dissolving when you can.

I’ve never seen one with the charging part like it appears yours has
To me it looks like an electric version. Do they make one ? Maybe we got an international version by mistake with all the rushing to catch up with all the shipping backlogs ? If it was rechargable it’s missing the battery pack too.

Before you add any CYA have your run a CYA test yet? I don't see it in your poolmath, and prior to the drain you reported CYA 90. Please do not add any CYA until you can post a test result. Testing instructions are in the second half of the video Texas Splash showed you.

Ok, think I’m headed back in wrong direction. Since someone advised to do CYA test before moving forward I just did all tests again this afternoon and here are results (I tried putting in pool Math but it advised I needed premium for unlimited test entry’s.
pH: 8.2
CI: 5
FC: 4
CC: None
CH: 425
TA: 120
CYA: 72

so do I go ahead and add the half gallon of liquid chlorine and do the sock stabilizer now? I purchased some stabilizer from the pool store. Please advise and we got a lot of rain today. Thanks!

Good catch Zea!!!
You DO NOT need to add any CYA. I suspect it would be best to do another sizable drain and refill to get your CYA to 50 or less.

You do need to subscribe to Poolmath to store multiple data entries.

I can’t do another pool drain. I can’t pay the water bill on this. I’m rather the pool turn green. This is a nightmare. No way I’m draining the pool again. We are talking between another $500 to $800.
