Bonding wire question...Is this bonding wire?

So I'm in the middle of installing sod in my backyard and I was tilling. I wasn't tilling deep in this area because it's a small area between equipment pad and pool deck and I know the plumbing runs under there, I just wanted to scrape up the dirt a little. Maybe 2" deep max. I found two thin wires that appear to be twisted around each other that the tiller seems to have snagged and broke, or it was already broke and I just unburied it. In any case it wasn't buried very deep at all.

My first thought was that it's the bonding wire and I had a little panic attack, but I looked at the wire on the equipment pad and it looks different. Maybe what I found was low voltage lighting wire?

So my questions are: Do you think this is bonding wire? Is there a way to test if it's bonding wire, or to check the bond?
Please see the pics. The two pics in my hand are the wire I found. Also took a couple pics of the bonding wire on the equipment pad for comparison.

That twisted pair of thin wires is not your bonding wire.

It can be for some low voltage lights or irrigation.

I posted my panic question and then started looking up threads about the bonding wire and realized that it probably isn't since it's so thin and looks like stranded wire.
Back to my dirt then!

The pic you show with the bare wire attached to your pump is the bonding wire..

Right I knew that, but wasn't sure if I had somehow snagged what ran under ground. Wouldn't it run underground from pool to pad?

It should, but they often "float" to the surface.. Especially at the equipment pad.

I have nothing, but who knows what previous owners had. This is a 30+ year old house. And I've ran into soooo many buried things. At least 3 abandoned sprinkler systems and irrigation wires, etc. But all that has been on the opposite side of the yard.
I'm pretty sure now what I found was probably for some old landscape lighting long ago taken out.
The bond wire at the pad is definitely solid copper and what I found in the dirt was stranded and thin gauge.
