Construction started 2/3/20

You're running into the same as I did when we first got everything started. The PB automatically set our SWG to 50% and my chlorine was 22 ppm at first ?

I eventually had to kick it down to 1%, but this was in the fall. I've now had mine on 10% with 60 ppm of stabilizer and 3000 salt, and it was holding at 2ppm chlorine so I bumped it to 15% to try and get more between 2 and 4 ppm.

Make sure your salt and stabilizer are at good levels as well.

Yeah I am playing the game of ping-pong now ... Chlorine fell down to 2 so I kicked it back to 50% and I am checking chlorine daily to get my sweet spot.

For anyone reading this thread (and made it this far) before signing your contract. Put a timeline in writing if your building will go for it, even if it is 4 months ... we have been waiting at least a month to have our punch list completed. Minor items, but time consuming to follow up and then have to clean up the deck which is now full of furniture and toys when work needs to be done. We hit 5 months since we broke ground end of next week and I finally have a crew working to wrap up the list.

Another way to address is to put your final payment at 30% or higher.

It took 1 year to have my final punch list completed. Certified letters to both Orange Beach and Dothan offices got their attention and list completed.

Mike that is a very good question.................if you don't get an answer soon feel free to make a new thread. Make sure the title is very clear on what you are asking........................Can I use caulk/silicone on the bottom of my screen enclosure? is what I think would get the right eyes on it.
