I have battled trying to raise my CYA for 2 or 3 years. This summer I decided to buy Chlor Brite (sodium dichloro...). I can't figure out how much to add using the pool calculator. Can anybody help me with this? I've tried all the other methods to raise CYA before.

Leslie's Chlor Brite features 99% sodium dichloro-s-triazinetrione, also known as dichlor

In your climate I would target 40-50 ppm CYA.

You need to add stabilizer / conditioner to get to at least 30 ppm CYA. Then you can use your dichlor sparingly to get the CYA level to 40-50 ppm. You should use liquid chlorine for your primary sanitizer.
