Outdoor Pavilion Build

Hi everyone!
I'm in the process of building an outdoor Pavilion with a Bar underneath. The pavilion will measure 22' x 14' probably 10' high and the bar will be a basic 14' L-Shaped bar.

I'll tell you what....It has been a heck of a rollercoaster ride the last 2 years that this has been in the making. My wife being diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 34, first contractor taking $8,200 from us and then never showing up again, civil suit with another contractor for not finishing a job, and the headaches of everything in between!

Finally found a reliable guy to get started on it...when he shows up haha. I'll attach pics during the process.
WOULD LOVE ANY INPUT ON DESIGN OF THE BAR, MUST HAVES, MUST DO'S, AND ACCESSORIES PLEASE!

Power, lots and lots of power outlets. If you want to be cool usb charging in those power outlets.
If you want to be REALLY cool embed wireless charging stations in spots.
If you want your wife to think you are a genius, get a warming drawer installed so you can have hot towels when you get out of the pool
Pre wired speakers, easy to add wireless later but nice to have outdoor pre wired speakers to some amp system.
While you are wiring speaker Cat6 ethernet just in case you want to add something later.
TV, just cause its cool.
If that is your outdoor kitchen (I see a BBQ in the picture) a sink is nice to have, although it might be too late for that.
Some sort of little screened area where you can mount and Amazon Echo, or google device whichever you have. Nice to have it hidden from view but can hear through the screen so you can shout at it for music changes or lighting changes.
While you are at it, think very seriously about lighting. Great lighting makes and incredible difference.
You might want to think about a ceiling fan as well.

Not sure how hot it gets there, but include conduit for a high psi misting system....you'll want the pump far away from the misters as it can be loud. The cooling effect is fantastic and putting the conduit/misting hoses before/outside any decking is super cheap.

You are spot on with all of this! I actually have plans for the following:
1) Bose speakers connected to Sonos Connect Amp (done already)
2) Plans for around 12 outlets powered by a sub panel attached to pavilion.... The USB and wireless chargers are a great idea!
3) Warming drawer... Great idea but looking for recommendations for one still
4) Blackstone griddle and electric smoker ready to be put out.... That grill in the background is being sold
5) Going to buy a ceiling fan
6) I have strong lights bought already. May be putting other lights in as well
7) Ice Machine and Kegeraror
8) Echo Dot
9) String hook game
10) TV with a streaming device and wireless DirecTV
11) Sink (plumbing and electrical conduit already run)

I think that covers most of what is going in so far

Nice. Is that a single board across the front? looks like 2 boards but can't tell what is holding then together.
I'm looking to do something similarly sized but with a solid walk on the backside to block the brutal afternoon (west) sun.
Looks like it is all PT lumber?

So it is (2) 2x10 boards together instead of just one. The back is going to be covered with knotty pine. Metal roof because of our pine trees in the back side
 
Started the framing today for the bar. Going to be 14' long....Granite top....42" high I believe. Space for a kegerator, ice machine, wine cooler, warming drawer possibly.
Any ideas or specs for an outdoor bar are appreciated!

It does not say you need to be a member to see the price so I think you can order it. I am a Costco member and for buying stuff like this it is worth it. They double the warranty and that is worth it for me.
 
Working on the bar today. Almost finished with it. 14 feet long. Granite countertop going to be installed. Half of the bar will have appliances under it while the other half will have a sub counter for extra storage. Granite on that too.
The far end, I decided to plane a utility sink so because I had a heck of a time finding a decent sized sink at a reasonable price. I'm hoping that the bar ends up looking okay. I have 3 feet of space behind it. TV, wine glass rack going on the back wall behind it.
Electrician coming in about 15 minutes to give an estimate for wiring. Thinking 2 48-52" fans and 4 can lights
